The comments submitted on 14May2022 are accurate and allow the project to continue as noted in the 3 bullet points of the letter. The letter submitted by Geoquest LLC. outlines the proposed wastewater plan, but lacks details sufficient for an OWTS Permit to be issued by El Paso County Public Health. The final design must include the details mentioned in items 1 and 2 on page 1 of the Geoquest letter. The approval of the OWTS Permit is critical to the project being completed, but is not required for the proposed project to advance in terms of development concept being approved. |

If the barn is habitable then an address will need to be assigned. 3. It appears there is a complaint (@48656) in our system regarding the accessory structures. We will check with our Compliance team to see if permits will be required, if so, addresses will need to be assigned to each structure.
