1. The proposed new building will require a unique street address. Enumerations has assigned the preliminary address of 2170 N. Ellicott Hwy. This address should be used when submitting building plans for permitting.

Review 1: EPC DPW Stormwater comments have been provided (in orange text boxes) on the following uploaded documents:
- Drainage Report.

Per Ed's comment on the Letter of Intent, many required documents were missing from the first submittal. There were no Stormwater-related documents for me to review besides the Drainage Report. With the next submittal, please submit the documents that Ed has listed in his comment in the Letter of Intent. Thank you.
