1. Please be sure to change all references to the address (Intent Letter, CV sheet, USP, SA, Architectural plans etc.) to 7575 Falcon Market Place. The street name is not Falcon Marketplace.
2. The letter of intent shows the incorrect parcel number in the RE: section. The parcel number provided is for lot 7.
3. Clarify the height of the trash enclosure, The USP shows the enclosure being under 7’ in height and the trash enclosure details on page SA3 show the trash enclosure over 7’. If the trash enclosure is over 7’ in height a separate address and permit will be required.
4. Please contact El Paso County Zoning 719-520-6300 regarding submitting sign plans for the menu board for permit. Enumerations will assign a separate address to the menu board when the plans are submitted.
