- Per LDC 6.3.3 approval from the fire authority should be obtained for driveway design standards. Driveways greater than 300 feet shall be provided with turnouts or turnarounds at the fire authority's recommendation.
- Prior to construction of a driveway access point a driveway access waiver is required to be obtained. Please apply for a driveway access waiver through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online.
