1. It appears the plans submitted are for 2160 Blaney Road 44050-01-001, the subject of the exhibit is 655 N Blaney road. Please clarify the exact location.
2. If the exhibit is for 2160 Blaney Road, a separate address is required for the new carrier. Please use 2164 Blaney Road when submitting plans for parcel 44050-01-001. Also, The street is just Blaney Road, please do not include N when submitting plans for this project.
3. The site plan provided is very blurry, when submitting plans for this project, please use a high resolution .pdf.
