Please see comments regarding FAE. Private items can be removed. Also driveway culvert within Vollmer ROW will be a private structure. In the TIS, please include statement regarding road impact fees and if full fees will be paid or one of the PID districts will be used. Here are the steps for determining the road impact fees for the site: EPC Road Impact fee are assessed in accordance to the new approved use and pending site plan approval. The following ECP website explain the program: https://publicworks.elpasoco.com/road-impact-fees/ Based on the to be approved site development plan and commerical use The following classification is the appropriate use and fee rate. Mini Warehouse $725/1000sqft This use is applicable to RV type storage rental. This is the lowest use class and fee cost. The "building" area would be based on the parking area minus the drive aisles. This should only account for areas where RV's will be parked. The building sqft would be divided by 1000 and then multiplied by the rate. The fees in this case would be paid directly to the PCD Dept since a building permit is not being obtained.
