Traffic/Transportation:
1. Old Denver Road was deeded to the Town of Monument on March 2008 (Reception No. 208029077) but appears to still be within unincorporated El Paso County. The County requests the Town of Monument annex Old Denver Road. Unresolved. Previously submitted to TOM on July 15, 2021 (PCD File No. OAR2157).

Drainage:
1. No comments. The development is planned to include on-site detention designed to release at historic rates. No adverse affect to downstream properties within unincorporated El Paso County is anticipated.
