Title commitment lists access easement for property to the north as "apparent access easement" but there is no reception number for a recorded document memorializing this s an access easement. We cannot accept this and will either need a copy of the property's deed to check if there is a condition for access in the deed or you will need to get an access easement recorded. 2/8/2022 11:28:52 AM

Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for RV storage at 18220 Hwy 83, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. It doesn’t appear that there are any structures which would require separate addresses and building permits proposed for this project. As such, Enumerations has no comments or objections. If there are to be structures such as garages or carports proposed in the future, those structures will require separate addresses.
