Please revise Letter of Intent to include identification and analysis of the military placetype - this property is within the military buffer and the military placetype and key area should also apply. This will help in the consistency analysis and a general finding of consistency with the military placetype can be made since multifamily is identified as appropriate in this placetype. Engineering Development Review will require all public improvements to be built to full City Standards if this is chosen for pre-annexation per the IGA. In addition, since Marksheffel will be annexed into the City sometime in the future, the City will require a minimum 6' detached sidewalk to be installed adjacent to this development along Marksheffel.
