Engineering Development Review will require all public improvements to be built to full City Standards if this is chosen for pre-annexation per the IGA. In addition, since Marksheffel will be annexed into the City sometime in the future, the City will require a minimum 6' detached sidewalk to be installed adjacent to this development along Marksheffel.
