Please make note that a 30ft Right of Way ("30ft ROW") existing along HEIZER STREET.
Driveway width along Heizer Street will be limited to 24ft width
Owner to submit for open ditch driveway access permit. The main residence was built in 1962, therefore the associated Driveway Access Permit fee will be waived.
