Planners comments on letter of intent, per the checklist. Applicant does address every point listed on the checklist. There seems to be a misunderstanding on the difference between a rural and a residential home occupation. Rural home occupations, which the applicant cites, only apply to parcels zoned A-35. The client is on an RR-5 zoned district and would fall under the residential home occupation. The uses listed by the applicant are specifically excluded as residential home occupations.
Applicant also touches on, but does not expand upon, how his parcel in the Master's Plan's suburban residential placetype fits into his intended use of the property. Please see attached document for additional details.
