For the following review, Review 2, please submit a drainage letter that addresses if the existing detention pond is adequate to handle the increase in new impervious area due to the proposed addition. Please also refer to the El Paso County Drainage Criteria Manual Volume 1 Chapter 4.5 for "letter type" drainage report requirements.

FYI:
The road impact fee does not apply to applications for attached additions to an "existing" structure where the "existing" land use will remain unchanged. In the Letter of Intent please confirm if the project satisfies the above road impact fee condition or not. If the project does not satisfy the above condition in accordance to El Paso County Resolution 16-454 road impact fees will apply.
