Review 3: EPC Stormwater comments have been resolved on the following documents: - Deviation Request Note that with PPR2225 will want to see a discussion in the FDR text and appropriate mitigation in the design for the potential issues related to installing this UG facility within the floodplain. And we'll also want you to address offsite flows that are tributary to the site and how that will affect the UG facility. Note that per ECM Appendix I.7.2.B, we will want PPR2225 to address the following: "To promote improvement in stormwater protection, County Stormwater Staff may approve promising BMPs on an experimental basis. A performance monitoring program to be pre-approved by County Stormwater Staff and an agreement to replace the Experimental System with an approved system should it not function to the required level of performance, both at the owner's expense, will be required." EPC Stormwater has no further comments at this time. Thanks. Reviewed by: Glenn Reese, P.E. Stormwater Engineer II glennreese@elpasoco.com |
