Review 1: 1. No transportation comments. The adjacent Orleans Road along the southern part of the development is not maintained by the County. 2. Elaborate on the offsite flowpath from design point 3. Where does it go after the roadside ditch? Analysis needs to be taken down to the suitable outfall location. Suitable outfall refers to an existing natural stream/channel that is hydraulically adequate, or existing man-made system that is hydrologically and hydraulically adequate.
