Review comments on the following documents: - Letter of Intent - Grading & Erosion Control Plan - Financial Assurance Estimate Form - Please reference ECM Appendix F, detail drawing SD_4-20 and provide a new detail in the GEC Plan showing the proposed open-cut trench across Eastonville Road. Please use ECM Section K.1.8 Repairs to Gravel Roads and Shoulder for information to include in the detail drawing. Please be aware of the following: - The project will be forwarded to the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department Floodplain Administrator per the proposed trenching inside FEMA Flood Zone A. - Applicant is required to apply for a Work in Right-of-Way permit for proposed work taking place on county right-of-way.
