- Description
- The building will be 40 foot by 60 foot x 10 foot each end of the 40 foot will have a 12x14 opening with sliding doors the southern end will have a man door. The eastern side will 5 12x12 stalls with door openings for horses, with a 12 foot overhang enclosed on both end. The western side will have 2 doors for additional stalls if needed but the majority of the west side will be tack room and hay storage. There will be a 16 foot breezeway that will be concreted I have yet to decide to concrete stalls there are benefits and draw backs to it so may depend on cost. There will be absolutely NO commercial use of the building, no boarding rental or storage of items except my own private horses and necessary tack and feed
