No Driveway Access Permit on file for driveway. A permit application is needed.

Total height of carport is not shown (roof ridge height).
Setback of carport from sidewalk and ROW shown differently on site diagram. One diagram has 6'10" to back edge of sidewalk (garage side) while another diagram has 7ft to front edge of sidewalk (curb side).

Recommend owner provide a certified plot plan for the property to show existing front yard easements, ROW location and where the front property line is in relationship to the sidewalk and either BOW or FOW side. The current 60ft ROW along Henning's Drive encompasses the entire sidewalk with the property line lying beyond the BOW and possibly further up into unusually longer driveway. The carport cant be placed in the ROW area without a licensing agreement which is not needed or recommended. Driveway appears to have adequate length to enable a longer setback of the carport from the sidewalk as the attached picture indicates. See attached diagram and picture.
