Review 1: No comments to the submitted documents. If the administrative relief is approved then the following revisions needs to be made to the Cloverleaf Filing 2 application (PCD File No. SF-21-023). Cloverleaf Filing 2 is currently in review. - Update the drainage report analysis/calculations/fees to account for the higher percent imperviousness permitted by the administrative relief. - Update the narrative in the drainage report to summarize the administrative relief. - Update the construction drawings/GEC plans for consistency with any design changes to the drainage report. - Update the plat to identify the administrative relief and the applicable lots.
