There is no Driveway Access Permit on file for the existing driveway. A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points onto a county or private road. Please apply for a driveway access permit for both the existing driveway access and proposed driveway through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided to access the application online.

Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD

The Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD does allow up to two homes on one well if it is allowed on their well permit. The applicants should check their well permit to see if they will be in compliance with both the well permit and the water supply plan letter for the subdivision. They can ask for an amendment to allow for two homes on their well permit with the Colorado Division of Water Resources, that is if it is allowed in their subdivision. They will have to share what water they are allowed on their well permit with both homes. They need to make sure it is adequate to supply both residences. They are only allowed 2 homes total in our rules and regulations, with exception of water supply plans that may further limit them. 12/21/2021 2:59:23 PM
