Correct sentence about setback of tower and equipment. Sentence was cut off after “168ft…..”
State in the letter of intent that project will not result in any increase in daily traffic after installation phase and existing drainage patterns and flows on site will not be disturbed or negatively affected
Letter of intent should state a lease agreement will be made with current tower owner
