CDOT staff comments are as follows. Hydraulics: -Missing SWMP items: total disturbance, soils, areas of seeding and blanket -How are the windrow locations quantified? -Identify outlets for windrow locations -Silt fence in the floodplain is recommended to be reinforced -LOC should include all silt fence, staging areas and VTC Utilities: -Work within CDOT right-of-way. -This work will require a utility permit through CDOT-Utilities, Todd Ausbun, todd.ausbun@state.co.us or (719)696-1403. |
