Review #5: Redline comments to the following documents will be uploaded by the project manager will upload comments. - Final Drainage Report - Site Plan - Traffic Impact Study (Note: address redline comments that were uploaded in August 10, 2022.) - Construction Drawings - Financial Assurance Estimate Form (Note: The FAE was previously approved to expedite issuance of the ESQCP permit for early grading only. Now that the rest of the documents have been submitted for review, the FAE must be updated to include the other items outside of the early grading permit. See redline comments for missing items). - Grading and Erosion Control Plan (Note: Update the approved GEC plans to reflect any changes based on comments to the other documents. Revisions needs to be identified with revision cloud and delta symbol). Contact the review engineer if you have any questions regarding the comments provided. Review #3. Attached are the redline comments to the Construction Drawings. * Submit Financial Assurance Estimate for Section 1 improvements associated with the early grading. REMINDER: As noted on the comments and during the August 25 meeting, the approval of the early grading and erosion control plan is limited to earthwork operations only for rough grading. Construction/installation of permanent infrastructure such as storm sewers, and permanent detention pond features (forebay, trickle channel and outlet structures) is not permitted until the associated site plan, final drainage report, construction drawings, and final drainage report has been approved. Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for a transportation center for School District 49, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The address of 11971 Swingline Rd., as it appears on this development plan is correct, and should be used when submitting building plans for review/permit. If there are ever any future buildings to be constructed on this site, Enumerations does not have jurisdiction to assign additional addresses to these future buildings except at applicants request. Enumerations recommends that for emergency response purposes, any future buildings have separate addresses assigned. If the school district so desires, Enumerations is happy to assign any needed addresses. |
