Although no drainage report was provided, based on the submitted documents which include a grading plan and drainage area map, stormwater runoff is conveyed to a private water quality facilities that outfall within the City of Colorado Springs (Dublin Blvd & Vickie Ln). No drainage impacts anticipated to properties within unincorporated El Paso County in the vicinity of the project.
No transportation/traffic comments. Access is within City maintained roadways.
