1. Enumerations was unaware that the Ross store was addressed as 302 Main Street. The Kum & Go store will have to be addressed as 304 Main Street and the Gas Canopy will still be 306 Main Street. 2. Height of the trash enclosure was lowered to 7”. No new address or separate permit will be required. 3. The official address change information that is needed is in this link. Pikes Peak Regional Building Department Enumerations has the following comments; 1. Trash enclosure meets the requirement to have an address assigned & separate permit issued. 2. The address to the Kum & Go will be coming from Main Street and not Security Blvd, the back of the store should not be addressed from Security Blvd. Since there is no other address on the existing plat except for the Security Blvd address, Enumerations will be changing the address to the lot to add an addition address to this lot. The official address change will be sent to you prior to plan approval in the Enumerations department with RBD. 3. The service for 675 Security Blvd needs to be removed, it is showing as active with Colorado Springs Utilities for a Coffee Truck. 4. Address to the Kum & Go store will be 302 Main Street, Gas canopy will be 306 Main Street, trash enclosure 317 Security Blvd. |
