Site Plan Drawing:
- Please add "PCD File No. COM-21-041" to the bottom right hand corner of the drawing.
- Please label access points on the parcel.
- Please show the location of all easements (drainage, utility, access, etc.), floodplain, and existing drainage facilities .


There are no driveway access permits on file. Please apply for a commercial driveway access permit for each of the two existing access points by contacting Petra Rangel at petrarangel@elpasoco.com. The fee for one commercial driveway access permit will be waived and the fee for the second access permit will apply.
