Engineering Review 1 redline comments to the following document will be uploaded as separate comments. -Final Drainage Report (to be uploaded by Stormwater) -GEC Plans (to be uploaded by Stormwater) -FAE (to be uploaded by Stormwater) 1. Please provide a letter of intent so it is clear what activities will be completed under the early grading request. 2. CD's will be reviewed under the Final Plat submittal. If utility installation is to be part of the early grading process, please provide utility CD's for review. 3. Final drainage report & GEC should be addressing the early grading activities only. Additional comments regarding this have been included in the report and plan set.
