1. No transportation comments. Site access is through City owned/maintained roads. The nearest County road is E Las Vegas St. Based on the street layouts traffic from this development will have negligible impact to E Las Vegas St since there is no direct connection from the development to E Las Vegas St. GIS indicates the section of S Circle Dr within unincorporated El Paso County southwest of the project is "maintained by other government".
2. No drainage comments. The proposed on-site detention discharge into an existing stormdrain system located in S Circle Dr Ramp which is owned/maintained by the City. No drainage impacts anticipated to properties within unincorporated El Paso County in the vicinity of the project.
