1. Per ECM 5.10.6.C. all sheets of as-builts need to be signed and dated by the design engineer. Revise to sign and date the record drawing signature block as well as each sheet of plans.

2. Sheet index of as-builts show some sheets were crossed out and not included. Explain why these sheets were not included and if necessary include gec plan as-builts to include missing information. As-builts should include all sheets that were approved in the construction drawing set with the project.
