1. Please clarify the scope of this project. The site plan provided shows an addition on the home which was destroyed in the 2013 fire. Is this a detached accessory structure as was shown on the intent letter? Our records show that there is/was a mobile home which was used when the home was being built and then would be converted into a guest house.
2. The second home on the parcel will receive a new address if it is an addition.

Black Forest Fire Rescue only comment is adequate driveway access for fire apparatus and EMS that it meets current code for width, weight, and turn arounds. If a gate is present to access property it must meet current code.
No firefighting water cistern will be required at this time. JMR
