8/3/2021 7:44:23 AM 		PCD engineering has no comments. Stormwater runoff is conveyed to a private full spectrum detention pond that outfalls into Sand Creek all within the City of Colorado Springs. Sand Creek continues downstream within the City of Colorado Springs. No transportation/traffic comments. Access is within City maintained roadways.
