1. No drainage comments. The drainage letter notes the project decreases the percent imperviousness and runoff. The project is not anticipated to have negative impacts to adjacent County infrastructure.

2. No traffic/transportation comments. Per the traffic memo, the estimated increase in traffic is nominal with no significant impact to the signal at S Academy Blvd and Venetucci Blvd.
