CGS has previously reviewed this site (38.8673, -104.685) on February 21, May 3, November 11, and November 28, 2022. Our previous comments are a part of this review. As stated in our email to Kari Parsons dated December 1, 2022, “CTL has provided calculations and the methodology used to determine the settlement potential of the undocumented fill. CGS appreciates the additional information, as this satisfies the request from our review of this application. CGS has no further objection to the approval of the development plan and final plat.” As recommended, CTL has provided language that can be added to plat note #11 on page 3 of their letter dated November 14, 2022.
