Staff did not find any records of Sanctuary Pointe Phase One Major PD Site Plan Amendment #4, which modified the land use of Lot A from a future church site to single family homes, being provided to the County for outside agency review. Please supply a copy of the drainage report and traffic study for Filing 10 to verify there is still no adverse impact to County properties.
