Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for Crossroads Church, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The proposed structure appears to be an addition to the existing structure and will use. If, however, PPRBD construction plan reviewers determine that this is a separate structure, then it will require a separate address. This address will be assigned at the time of plan review if necessary.
