1. El Paso/Teller E911 has approved the two street names, Crossbuck Point and Highball View. Please add the streets to the Development Plan.

Information still needed includes:
Water main details, crossings, material, valve locations. Exterior meters are not allowed except for landscape service - meters to located inside mechanical room per Cherokee standards.
Sanitary sewer plan and profile sheets, details, notes.

1. Due to the large number of carports and buildings, at least two internal streets will be needed. Provide a list of proposed street names to Justin Annan jannan@elpasoteller911.org, and Glenn West gwest@elpasoteller911.org with El Paso/Teller County 911 Authority. An email from E-911 approving street names is required for Enumeration approval. Email Becky Allen when street names are approved. Beckya@pprbd.org.
2. Trash enclosure is over 7’ in height and will also require a separate address and permit.
3. Secondary addressing on the floor plans for both building types is missing. Please refer to our Secondary Addressing guidelines when submitting the plans for RBD review. 4. Per Colorado Springs Utilities, there is an address for an illuminated sign, 7315 E Hwy 24 is an old address and is not currently active.
5. When submitting the plans for RBD/Enumerations review, we will need each secondary structure location highlighted/clouded. Be sure to label each building with assigned address.
6. What is the exact use of the Amenities building, building 10 (dog wash?)
7. What is the rectangular structure/area south of the Clubhouse building? If it is a building or structure, a separate address and permit will be needed. Please clarify.
8. Clarify the name of the subdivision, plan title on EDARP shows Crossroads at Meadowbrook and the Site Development Plan shows Aura at Crossroads.


Development Plan Standard Comments:

1. For assignment of addressing for lots and tracts, place addressing marker (xxx) where they are intended to be utilized. Addressing marker for lots should be front door.
2. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire APPROVED development plan (d.p.) to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the development plan will be placed on a list to be addressed. Development plans that are not yet approved may be addressed, however additional plan review fees will accrue if changes are made to the D.P. after initial addressing.
3. If underground service is needed prior to plat, submit a Utilities Addressing Plan (UAP), to Colorado Springs Utilities via the related link at https://www.csu.org/Pages/mapping.aspx For more information contact: Karen Carlton KCARLTON@CSU.ORG
