Drainage report comments are unresolved. There will be an increase in impervious coverage with this plat and drainage fees will need to be calculated for that. Please see appendix L in the ECM and calculated the drainage fees for the increase in fees for Livestock Company.

1. Please correctly identify the project as the Wyoming Estates Preliminary Plan on all water documentation.
2. Please correct the WSIS to address the 6 lots of the preliminary plan as a whole, without breaking it down into filings. Please insert the proposed amount of acreage to be irrigated.
3. The Water Resources Report contains no indication of who prepared it. As previously noted, the Water Resources Report must be prepared by a professional identified in LDC § 8.4.7 (B)(1)(c).

2. Please identify if the review is for 4 lots or 6 lots and make sure all required documentation is consistent
3. On the Water Supply Information Summary, please identify household use in acre feet, and include any demand for stock watering and irrigation consistent with other documentation
4. The Water Resources Report needs to meet the standards within LDC 8.4.7(B)(1)(c). Also include information on the calculation of water demand consistent with the Water Supply Information Summary according to LDC 8.4.7(B)(3)(b)
