1. 7630 Bent Grass Meadows Drive is the address to the lot to the south, remove this address from this submittal. Unless this area is proposed to function as one business. Please clarify so that a possible address can be assigned.
2. Provide the north arrow on the development plan pages.
3. If this newly proposed lot for RV storage is to be combined with the south lot, please provide all the addressing used on site for the south lot. To include the storage units. Include this information on a site plan to show locations. The El Paso County Assessor’s office list 11 buildings on site.
4. Each RV structure will receive a separate address. Are the RV storages areas open to the air or do they have doors to close off from the weather. Car this a carport type structure? What are the areas numbered along the sides of the proposed lot? I do not find a label indicating.

- The site plan does not indicate the location of the gas meters. Gas meters should be placed at least 3 feet from any opening (windows/doors).
