1. With the conversion from motel to apartments the unit numbering will need to change. Follow the secondary addressing guide on our website for the Residential Secondary addressing. Submit this to Enumerations prior to plan submittal to Regional Building Department to not delay the approval in the Enumerations dept. The sooner the secondary addressing is approved the faster I can forward then to Utilities and the Post Office.
2. Is there a mail kiosk or is the mail facilities inside the existing building. If the mail boxes are in a separate structure, then an address will need to be assigned and a plan submitted.

If the current site is served by the Cherokee Metro District for water and wastewater then I don't have any review comments for water and wastewater.
