We have not received secondary addressing for this project, please email Becky Allen the secondary addressing prior to plan submittal to speed up the review process and approval of the plans. Be sure to indicate on the plans during plan submittal if there will be a mail kiosk separate from the building.

Additional comment, the intent letter states that the address is 6895 Space Village Drive, the correct suffix is Avenue, please update.

1. With the conversion from motel to apartments the unit numbering will need to change. Follow the secondary addressing guide on our website for the Residential Secondary addressing. Submit this to Enumerations prior to plan submittal to Regional Building Department to not delay the approval in the Enumerations dept. The sooner the secondary addressing is approved the faster I can forward then to Utilities and the Post Office. https://www.pprbd.org/File/Resources/Downloads/Addressing/SECONDARY_ADDRESS_REQUEST_FORM.pdf
2. Is there a mail kiosk or is the mail facilities inside the existing building. If the mail boxes are in a separate structure, then an address will need to be assigned and a plan submitted.
