Note:
- The County requested to have the adjacent Old Ranch Road to be included in the annexation application for Hope Channel Annexation (PCD File No. ANX222). Coordinate with the City on the subsequent plat application for additional ROW dedication they may require. If Old Ranch Road remains under the County's jurisdiction then the County will likely request at least 10 feet of right-of-way dedication along Old Ranch Road; dedication is requested at time of final plat.
- The Road Impact Fee will be applicable for any new construction and/or land use approval. The fee will be accessed at building permit application or final land use approval, whichever is last.
