All engineer comments have been addressed and/or corrected on the following documents
- Letter of Intent Ver 2.0
- Site Development Plan Ver. 2.0
Road impact fees were determined to be based on Public/Institutional use with two (2) equipment shelters with a total of 278 square feet. Public/Institutional type use in the fee program use Gross Floor Area as the basis for calculating the fee amount. Gross Floor Area is defined in the fee program. The fee for Public/Institutional is $3,372 per 1,000 sq. ft. of Gross Floor Area. Multiplying $3,372 by .278 results in road impact fee for this project of $937.42.

1. The address on the application is incorrect, the address and permit to the Fire Station is 14550 N Meridian Road. The El Paso County Assessor’s has been notified by Enumerations to correct.
2. Since the Fidelity Tower is free standing and not mounted on the Fire Station the tower will receive a separate address. Address to the tower will be 14540 N Meridian Road. Each carrier that is going to attach to this tower in the future will need to contact Enumerations to receive a separate address.
3. The Fire Department shelter address will be 14542 N Meridian Road, The Prefabricated Equipment Shelter will be the same address as the tower-14540 N Meridian Road. The chain link fencing is under 7’, which does not meet the requirements to have a separate address or permit issued.
4. When submitting plans to RBD do not use the Fire Station address, use the address assigned above.

Road Impact Fees- Pending final confirmation that fees will apply. Awaiting County Attorney reply.
Commercial driveway access permit will be required.
Development is not within a flood plain area. East Kiowa Creek basin. No drainage basin or bridge fees apply.
