Good afternoon, Please see attached for my comments on Smith Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Site Development Plan. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. After the requested information has been given, additional review will be required. -The current utility easements must be shown, as well as the reception number or book and page number. -The proposed locations for gas and electric meters must be shown. -A layout of the proposed transformer location is required. -The existing OH electric lines must be indicated within the existing utilities' easement. -The existing gas main must be indicated within the existing utilities' easement. -The planned water quality basin appears to be depicted in the current utilities easement. In any public utility easement, water quality basins (including any retaining walls) are prohibited.
