Review 1 comments will be uploaded by the project manager. Please address comments on the following documents: -Site development plan -Letter of intent No access permit on file. The main structure was built in 1969, which is before the 1972 cutoff date, so the access permit fee can be waived. The permit is still required to memorialize the access. The permit can be applied for on the EDARP website under the "Initiate a minor permit" link. In the comments section of the permit, include the date and that the access fee should be waived.
