In the winter/spring of 2000, the Lewis-Palmer School District noted its initial opposition to this project as there had been no conversation with the developers regarding the impact the development will have on the school district facilities that will be serving new students from this area. This remains a concern for the district. However, the district does request cash in-lieu-of land funding for residential homes developed in this area. 7/5/2022 4:07:29 PM

Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District has reviewed the High Pines Patio Homes Phase 2E Final Plat and has the following comments:

1. On the site development plan and as-built exhibit, please add to note 8 "Reference Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District System Specifications for water and sanitary sewer service information."
2. Please include a service line plan for water and sanitary sewer service lines to each unit.
