1) There are parking spots on the south side of the lot, right in front of the entrance to the office. The parking spots included in their plan along the south property line are there as well.
2) The plan indicates a 6’ cedar fence going north – south along a small grassy area on the west side of the building. The fence is chain link. I’ve added photos to the share drive if you need to see them.
