Per conversation with the Department of Public Works Stormwater department, the retaining wall will require a separate permit based on the possible surcharge which might affect its structural stability. Please send Becky Allen (beckya@pprbd.org) a site plan showing the location of the retaining wall. I was unable to find a location on the site plan to address the retaining wall. Walls over 4’ in height will require a separate address and permit, I can be contacted directly if an address is needed for the wall. • Is this the wall on the north side of the building? • Plans will need to be submitted to Regional Building Department for permit if over 4’ in height.
