Service Plan Planning Comments Only. There is concern regarding the accuracy of the land uses depicted in the plan. Also, two land owners have been left out. The preliminary plan was approved as 2 phases of residential development. Todd Stevens , phase 2 his indicated via his consultant he may be pursuing commercial zoning. Why should residential property pay for commercial infrastructure improvements? The Plan also states Districts 1,2, & 3 yet the Plans language speaks to one district only with a control parcel.
