Please add the note to the MYLAR:


"The Subdivider(s) agrees on behalf of him/herself and any developer or builder successors and assignees that Subdivider and/or said successors and assigns shall be required to pay traffic impact fees in accordance with the El Paso County Road Impact Fee Program Resolution (Resolution No. 19-471), or any amendments thereto, at or prior to the time of building permit submittals. The fee obligation, if not paid at final plat recording, shall be documented on all sales documents and on plat notes to ensure that a title search would find the fee obligation before sale of the property."
Hand write if you already have Mylar.

Please print Mylar with PPRBD approval stamp, the Title work within 30 days of plat recording meeting, and the zero balance tax certificates from Treasurer's Office, for all the parcels within the Vacation and replated lots to recordation meeting. No further engineer comments on Final Drainage Report dated 11 NOV 2022. The FDR dated 11 NOV 2022 was reviewed against the 12 AUG 2022 FDR submitted under SDP PPR2136. Engineer comments were addressed substantially with not further redlines. Stormwater may have additional close out comments under PPR2136. Please send Soils & Geology Report for PPR2136 updated submittal.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Northcrest Filing No. 1A, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The address of 2510 Canada Dr. has been assigned for the combined lot by Enumerations. This address should appear in the appropriate location on the plat.
2. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording per usual procedure. The Enumerations fee due at the time of review is $10.
