1. It appears a different address for the north building has been assigned by this office. The previous address (9009 Chicago Ave) was assigned in December 2021; however, since another address was given to the submitter, please use 9005 Chicago Ave for the north building and the south building will remain 9015 Chicago Avenue. Please use these addresses when submitting plans for permit.
2. Per the floor plans, it appears these buildings will be single tenant buildings. Secondary Addressing is not needed.
3. No further comment.

1. The site appears to be accessed off of Chicago Avenue, the address for the northern building will be 9009 Chicago Avenue and the southern building will be 9015 Chicago Avenue. When submitting building plans to RBD, please submit separate plans under each address for each building.
2. The section portion and the section are incorrect on the title block on the first page of the site plan. Please correct.
3. The Lot to the south east of the proposed project is labeled incorrectly on the site plan. It should read Lot 1 High Prairie Brand Library not unplatted. The lot to the northeast is LOTS 1-8 BLK 20 & LOTS 14-16 BLK 19. Please correct both legal descriptions on the site plan (page USP).
4. It appears both buildings top and bottom floors are for a single tenant, if this is not the case, please provide secondary addressing for the two buildings. The review has been completed. For this project, CSU only provides gas service. The DP plans do not depict the gas lines or the gas meter location. A gas meter must be located at least 3 feet away from any openings. Nate De Kock (719-668-7858) will be your main point of contact for future questions on gas. I have no comments. I recommend approval.
