Enumerations has the following comments;
1. All of the buildings on site are considered to be residential. Any building being used for commercial use will need to be converted to commercial use. For further information please check our website or contact a Construction Plan reviewer with any questions.
2. The Mobile Home being used for a warming shelter need to be permitted as well. No further comment.

If the variance is approved, any structure being used for commercial use will need an address assigned. These buildings will also need to be converted to commercial use.
Will all of the structures that are currently shown on the site plan remain on site, if not please indicate.
Will there be a second drive way add to the north? If so, please show the location. If not, show how vehicles will access from the existing south driveway to the north office and structures, so that addresses can be assigned.
